MSI is an all-volunteer organization. We have no paid staff. Our financial support comes from donations by the general public and by those who participate in our short-term medical missions.

As physicians, nurses, dentists, pharmacists and other medical care professionals, it is our privilege to use our medical skills to help spread the Good News of the Great Physician, Jesus Christ. Partnering with in-country pastors, churches, missionaries and health providers, we provide general medical care and medicines to underserved people in the remote villages and towns of third world countries  - primarily in Asia, Central and South America, and Africa.  These medical services and medicines are given free of charge. All people are served on a ‘first come first serve’ basis.
